Introduction

Service. Honor. Pride.

It’s a phrase I believe in, and it guides me in my work everyday.

Ideal Client

To hold or increase in value, or to get maximum enjoyment from property, it needs to be maintained and/or improved. Many people would love to do much of the work themselves, but most don’t have the time, equipment, or experience. Professionals who enjoy this kind of work, who have the experience, and possess the right work ethic and people skills, best perform this function. My clients are rural and small town property owners and managers who know and believe this, and understand the value of such professionals and their work.

I value my customers. I know that a long-term relationship with you is in my best interest, so I do all I can to satisfy and impress you.

Process

• Call to discuss your property goals and needs.

• Set up an appointment to look at your job.

• I look at the job and provide an estimate.

• I provide references upon request.

• In many cases, a contract is prepared and signed.

• I perform the job, guided by my motto,

  "Service. Honor. Pride."

• You review my work and provide feedback.

• I address any concerns you may have.

• You pay me for a job well done, and schedule

   another job.

Pricing & What You Get

Everybody wants to get the best deal possible. I define the best deal as the best value over the medium and long term, and that normally does not mean the cheapest price. "The best deal" means using quality materials, implementing quality workmanship to finish a job that looks great and lasts long. It means having reliable equipment, providing timely communications, meeting deadlines, leaving a clean work site, and being able to trust your service provider. It means providing all of this at a competitive rate.

My prices vary from job to job, from as low as $20/hr up to $125/hr, depending on how many men and what equipment is needed on a job.

Each section of this website may have its own pricing scale. If not, call for an estimate. In most cases, I provide an estimate at no charge.

I estimate a job in one of two ways:

• By the job   OR

• Hourly plus materials and gasoline.

No matter what the price, you have the confidence of knowing my entire business - all my equipment, my help, office and communications - everything is behind the job, supporting every aspect of your job needs.

I don't want to be the cheapest. I want you to be as proud of the work as I.

Conclusion

I work to provide professionalism and excellence in needed services for rural and small town property owners and managers, at a competitive rate.
